Psalms 34:13-18
(13) Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
 (14) Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
(15) The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
(16) The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
(17) The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
(18) The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

The main verse I would like to point out is verse 14 where it says "Seek peace and pursue it." Pursue means to seek to attain something. If you think about it, you can't pursue something freely if there are other things in the way. Having peace is a mindset. Therefore, the enemy will attack your mind to hinder you from having peace. He will try to seduce you into thinking what you're doing won't take you away from God but that is a lie. When you gain peace, you have to stay where the peace is and that's in God. That's in His presence. There has to be a fight in your pursuit. If you want something bad enough you'll do whatever it takes to get there. So when we're troubled and the attacks are taking place...we can't be silent. We have to be ready, arms locked and loaded to combat the lies of the enemy. We also have to know what Truth says over how we feel. Exodus 14:14 says "The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." Our feelings can say "I am lonely and I don't think God is working", But Truth tells us that the Lord SHALL fight for you. That word 'shall' brings us the certainty that God will do it. Don't you dare think that when you're fighting, you're doing it all alone. God being with us is a promise and we can stand on that. But remember there are two people in a relationship and in your relationship with God you can't just expect Him to do all the work. You have to do your part too. So, in whatever you are in pursuit of, the source has already been given. It's just up to you to use the source to fight in your pursuit.

Sister Camile, without a doubt that was inspired from the Holy Spirit. It read well and was very informative..easy to follow and search your scriptures for oneself. As a young lady of God I am so proud of you.

“The Lord shall fight for you”, with certainty he's going to do it. This was excellent! Continue to learn and grow in God.
